I'm speaking first about Item 7. According to the planning director, until this <br /> 400 application no developer has asked to change the county's comprehensive plan, which is <br /> 401 guided by robust public participation. This meeting is continued and although some of us <br /> 402 signed up to speak in June, the numerous community members opposed to the project, <br /> 403 who are here tonight hoping to speak, and yet, even if everyone here were to speak <br />
