Addendum 1 <br />At Your Service Detailing & Auto Co. <br />8311 Brier Creek Parkway #105-228 <br />Raleigh, NC 27617 <br />(919)740-4832 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The Contractor agrees to provide the following cleaning services for the Client: <br />Interior of Transit Service Vehicles: <br />1. Clean and disinfect driver seat, and front area. <br />2. Clean and disinfect all passenger seats to protect against contamination. <br />3. Clean and disinfect any other surfaces which may have been touched (i.e., door handles, steering <br />wheels and knobs). <br />4. Flooring should be vacuumed and moped, ideally using a steam cleaner. <br />5. Windows and window sills should be cleaned, and dusted, <br />6. Clean and disinfect window handles and any window accessories which may have been touched. <br />7. Waste bins should be emptied, and all rubbish taken to the correct area for disposal. <br /> <br />Exterior of Transit Service Vehicles: <br />1. Power wash exterior surface of vehicle <br />2. Clean side, rear and front windows and window sills. <br />3. Clean and polish tires and rims <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br />Client agrees to compensate Contractor: <br />$100.00 per Bus (20’ and above) <br />$60.00 per Van/SUV (19’ and below) <br />$50.00 per Car (4-door Sedan) <br />Up to Contract Maximum: Fifty-eight thousand, seven hundred sixty dollars ($58,760). <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br />___X__ Bi-Weekly <br />NOTE: The initial two weeks of work will involve cleaning all vehicles to the required standards of <br />Orange County Transportation Services.
