Here's a detailed <br />overview of what our service includes: <br />Timing of Mulching: Mulching will be done early to mid-spring to help regulate soil temperature and moisture levels, <br />promoting healthy plant growth. <br />Weed Prevention: Proper mulch installation helps prevent many summer weeds from becoming established, reducing <br />the need for weed control measures later in the season. <br />Mulch Type and Quantity: Each yard of double shredded mulch will be provided, delivered, and installed according to <br />the general landscaping rules, ensuring that your property receives the right amount of mulch for optimal results. <br />Installation Guidelines: Mulch will be installed following best practices to ensure even coverage and proper depth, <br />providing maximum benefits for your landscape. <br />Additional Benefits: In addition to weed prevention and moisture regulation, mulching also helps improve soil fertility, <br />reduce erosion, and enhance the overall appearance of your landscape. <br />Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive mulching service that enhances the health and beauty of your <br />landscape. <br />HoursENHANCEMENTS CREW 144 <br />HoursMAINTENANCE TRUCK + TRAILER 36 <br />yardsInstallation of Triple Shred Mulch 120 <br />The Seasonal Plan, including all services shown, divided into 4 equal payments equals $6,436.12 per <br />payment plus applicable taxes. <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS: <br />Rantos Maintenance agrees to follow the enclosed specifications in performing this contract. The owner/manager must approve <br />any changes or alterations to the contract, specifications or scope of work. Rantos Maintenance will utilize its expertise in making <br />recommendations or suggestions to the owner for additional work required or in which we feel would enhance the appearance of the <br />site. All employees and staff members employed by Rantos Maintenance will be experienced in landscape management services and <br />procedures. <br />SCHEDULING OF WORK: <br /> Rantos Maintenance shall not be held liable for delays in the performance of this contract due to inclement weather. All work <br />under this contract will be performed in a professional and skillful manner and will be performed diligently as weather conditions permit. <br />HOURS OF WORK: <br /> Under this contract, all work will be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:30 pm, unless <br />otherwise requested by the owner. In case of inclement weather during the normal workweek, alternate weekend scheduling might be <br />required. No weekend work will be performed unless prior approval from owner/manager is received. <br />ADDITIONAL WORK REQUESTED/REQUIRED: <br /> When requested or required by the owner or suggested by Rantos Maintenance a detailed proposal or quotation for additional <br />work will be submitted to the owner /owners representatives for their review. The additional work will only commence after receiving <br />written authorization to proceed, by either submitting a purchase order, letter of intent or Rantos Maintenance additional work <br />authorization form. <br />CONTRACT TERMINATION: <br /> Either the owner/manager or Rantos Maintenance may terminate this agreement upon (30) thirty days written notice.
