UNINTENTIONAL FAILURE TO DISCLOSE <br />HAZARDS <br />The following Condition is added to SECTION IV - <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY <br />CONDITIONS: <br />10.Unintentional Failure To Disclose Hazards <br />Any unintentional error or omission in the <br />description of, or failure to completely describe, <br />any premises or operations intended to be <br />covered by this Coverage Part will not invalidate <br />or affect coverage for those premises or <br />operations. Such unintentional error or omission <br />must be reported to us as soon as practicable <br />after its discovery. <br />This Condition does not affect our right to collect <br />any additional premium associated with such <br />unintentional error or omission or our right to <br />cancel or non-renew this policy. <br />XIV.CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY - RAILROADS <br />Subparagraph f.(1) under the definition of "insured <br />contract" as found in SECTION V - DEFINITIONS or <br />as found in endorsement CG 24 26 AMENDMENT <br />OF INSURED CONTRACT DEFINITION is deleted. <br />XV. MOBILE EQUIPMENT REDEFINED <br />Subparagraph f.(1) under the definition of "mobile <br />equipment" as found in SECTION V - DEFINITIONS <br />is deleted and replaced by the following: <br />(1)Equipment with a gross vehicle weight of 1000 <br />pounds or more and designed primarily for: <br />(a)Snow removal; <br />(b)Road maintenance, but not construction or <br />resurfacing; or <br />(c)Street cleaning. <br />POLICY NUMBER: CPP9259856Docusign Envelope ID: 55889BA8-C67F-4754-881E-630DCDB08991
