CAD 09 04 07 16 Includes copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its permission <br />Copyright, Insurance Services Office, Inc., 2000 <br />Donegal Insurance Group <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />A.The work or ongoing operations performed by <br />you or on your behalf have not yet been <br />completed or abandoned and are being <br />performed away from premises you own or rent; <br />B.You are required under a written contract to <br />waive your rights to recover from that person or <br />organization; and <br />C.The written contract was executed and in effect <br />before any "accident", injury, loss or demand <br />that would give rise to a claim under this <br />Business Auto Policy. <br />Under paragraph A. above, your work will be <br />deemed completed at the earliest of when all the <br />work called for in your contract has been completed, <br />when all of the work to be done at a job site has <br />been completed if your contract calls for work at <br />more than one job site, or when that part of the work <br />done at a job site has been put to its intended use <br />by any person or organization other than another <br />contractor or subcontractor working on the same <br />project. Work that may need service, maintenance, <br />correction, repair or replacement, but which is <br />otherwise complete, will be treated as completed. <br />XIII. UNINTENTIONAL FAILURE TO DISCLOSE <br />HAZARDS <br />The following provision is added to paragraph A. <br />Loss Conditions as found in SECTION IV - <br />BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS: <br />6.Unintentional Failure To Disclose Hazards <br />We will not deny coverage under this policy <br />because of an unintentional failure to disclose <br />all exposures or hazards existing on the <br />effective date of the Business Auto Policy or <br />because of an unintentional error or omission in <br />any of the information provided by you and <br />relied upon by us in the issuance of this policy. <br />However: <br />a.You must report the undisclosed exposure <br />or hazard, or unintentional error or <br />omission, to us as soon as practicable after <br />its discovery; <br />b.This provision does not affect our right to <br />collect any additional premium associated <br />with such unintentional failure or our right to <br />cancel or non-renew this policy. <br />XIV. WORLDWIDE HIRED AUTO <br />COVERAGE <br />Subparagraph e.(1) under paragraph B. <br />General Conditions 7.
