AUDIO, VISUAL AND DATA ELECTRONIC <br />EQUIPMENT COVERAGE <br />Subparagraph a. under the exception to paragraphs <br />4.c. and 4.d. as found in paragraph B. Exclusions <br />as contained in SECTION III - PHYSICAL <br />DAMAGE COVERAGE is deleted and replaced by <br />the following: <br />Exclusions 4.c. and 4.d. do not apply to: <br />a.Equipment, that receives or transmits audio, <br />visual or data signals, and accessories used <br />with such equipment, except tapes, records or <br />discs, provided such equipment is permanently <br />installed in the covered "auto" at the time of the <br />"loss" or the equipment is removable from a <br />housing unit which is permanently installed in <br />the covered "auto" at the time of the "loss", and <br />such equipment is designed to be solely <br />operated by use of the power from the "auto's" <br />electrical system, in or upon the covered "auto". <br />IX. GLASS REPAIR DEDUCTIBLE WAIVER <br />The following is added to paragraph D. Deductible <br />as found in SECTION III - PHYSICAL DAMAGE <br />COVERAGE: <br />However, no deductible applies to glass damage if <br />the glass is repaired in a manner acceptable to us <br />instead of replaced. <br />X.PARKED AUTO COLLISION DEDUCTIBLE <br />A.The following is added to paragraph D. <br />Deductible as found in SECTION III - <br />PHYSICAL DAMAGE COVERAGE: <br />However, in the event of "loss" caused by <br />collision to a covered "auto" while such "auto" is <br />in the care, custody or control of an "insured" <br />and legally parked, the Collision Coverage <br />deductible amount that will be applied to the <br />"loss" will be $100, regardless of any deductible <br />amount shown in the Declarations as applicable <br />to such covered "auto". <br />This Parked Auto Collision Deductible provision <br />does not apply to the "loss" if: <br />1.The covered "auto" is occupied at the time <br />of the "loss"; or <br />2.The covered "auto" is in the care, custody <br />or control of any person or organization <br />engaged in the business of selling, <br />servicing, repairing or parking "autos". <br />B.If the Exclusions section of any <br />Uninsured Motorists Coverage <br />endorsement or Underinsured <br />Motorists endorsement attached to <br />and made a part of this policy <br />includes a provision excluding a <br />stated dollar amount from the total <br />amount of "property damage" as the <br />result of any one "accident", such <br />stated dollar amount is revised to be <br />$100. <br />XI. KNOWLEDGE OF AN ACCIDENT, CLAIM, SUIT <br />OR LOSS <br />The following provisions are added to subparagraph <br />2. Duties In The Event Of Accident, Claim, Suit <br />Or Loss under paragraph A. Loss Conditions as <br />found in SECTION IV - BUSINESS AUTO <br />CONDITIONS: <br />d.Knowledge of an "accident", claim, "suit" or <br />"loss" by an agent, servant or "employee" of an <br />"insured" (other than an officer or insurance <br />manager if you are a corporation, a partner if <br />you are a partnership, or a manager if you are a <br />limited liability company) does not imply <br />knowledge of the "insured" unless the "insured" <br />has received notice from the agent, servant or <br />"employee". <br />e.Failure by an agent, servant or "employee" of an <br />"insured" (other than an officer or insurance <br />manager if you are a corporation, a partner if <br />you are a partnership, or a manager if you are a <br />limited liability company) to notify us of an <br />"accident", claim, "suit" or "loss" will not <br />jeopardize your coverage. <br />XII. BLANKET WAIVER OF SUBROGATION <br />The following is added to paragraph A. Loss <br />Conditions 5. Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery <br />Against Others To Us as found in SECTION IV - <br />BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS: <br />With respect to the insurance provided under <br />SECTION II - LIABILITY COVERAGE only, we <br />waive any right of recovery we may have against <br />any person or organization because of payments we <br />make for "bodily injury" or "property damage" <br />caused by an "accident" and resulting from the <br />ownership, maintenance or use of a covered "auto" <br />if such ownership, maintenance or use of a covered <br />"auto" is related to work or ongoing operations <br />performed by you or on your behalf.
