Answer: I’ve reached out to <br />Chuck Edwards with NCDOT, and he has indicated that an encroachment agreement <br />will not be required. <br /> <br />3. The Dog Waste Station model listed on drawing SD3 references a grille, is there a Dog <br />Waste Station model number that should be used. Answer: Drawing SD3 will be revised <br />to indicate the correct Dog Waste Station manufacturer and model number. (See <br />attached.) <br /> <br />4. What are the insurance requirements? Answer: Can be found on the County website; <br />also see attachment “OC Minimum Insurance Coverage Requirements” <br /> <br />5. What is the Living Wage amount and how does it affect this project? <br /> <br />A “living wage” is the minimum amount that workers must earn to afford basic <br />necessities without public or private assistance.
