Question- Are Bond Required? <br />Answer: Bonds are not required for contracted construction projects up to $250,000.00; <br />However, projects over $250,000.00 require both Bid and Payment Bonds. (Contractors <br />may use the Bonding company form.) <br /> <br />3. Is there a Contingency amount to be included. <br />Answer: A revised Bid Form (3-17-2024) is included as an attachment to this document: <br />• Attachment A Bid Proposal Form Rev 5-17-24 <br /> <br />Construction Documents <br />• Scope of work – This a is small park project that was designed with a community <br />lead group. Construction drawings were developed in house; A Zoning Compliance <br />Permit was issued by the Orange County Planning and Inspections Department on <br />April 15th, 2024.
