PREMIER HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES, INC., ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND d/b/a COMPANIES POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL <br />1 <br />MAY NOT BE REPRODUCED OR USED IN WHOLE OR PART WITHOUT THE EXPRESSED WRITTEN CONSENT OF PREMIER HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES, INC. <br /> <br /> <br />CONFLICTS OF INTEREST <br />Policy No. 2-009 <br />Revised July 2020 <br />Purpose: This policy establishes the principles and procedures to assure that individuals’ <br />primary commitments to Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. and the objective <br />performance of their professional responsibilities are not adversely affected by external <br />commitments and financial interests. <br /> <br /> <br />Policy: All Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. staff will disclose any potential <br />conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Procedure: <br />Conflicts or potential conflicts of interest may arise in a multitude of situations. Examples <br />of situations in which conflicts of interest with Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. <br />may arise include, but are not limited to, relationships of covered persons with: <br /> <br />A. Persons of firms supplying goods or services to Premier Home Health Care Services, <br />Inc. or seeking to supply goods or services to The Agency or to whom the Agency <br />supplies goods or services. <br /> <br />B. Persons or firms whom Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. leases property or <br />equipment or who seek to lease property or equipment from the Agency. <br /> <br />C. Persons of firms with whom Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is transacting <br />business, contemplating transacting business, or negotiating <br />to transact business in connection with real estate, securities, property rights, or other <br />property, real or personal. <br /> <br />D. Other home health agencies, health care provider, organizations, or persons which <br />compete, directly or indirectly, with Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. Including, <br />without limitation, for patients, property, property rights, services or any other tangible or <br />intangible items. <br /> <br />E. Persons or entities which seek or could use any inside confidential, or information <br />about Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. or its patients, services, plans, or <br />organization. <br /> <br />F.
