Orange County West Campus Office Building -HVAC <br />PDC Project 23020 Electrical General Provisions 26 01 00 - 4 <br />3.07 MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING MANUAL <br />A.The Contractor shall prepare an electronic submission of a manual describing the proper <br />maintenance and system operation. This manual shall not consist of standard factory printed data <br />intended for dimension or design purposes (although these may be included),but shall be <br />prepared to describe this particular job. This manual shall include the following: <br />B.Data on all equipment as listed on the fixture and equipment schedules on the plans.Also data on <br />all fire alarm,telephone system,public address system,security system,lighting control systems, <br />CCTV,MATV,CATV,generator,battery backup system,etc.that are applicable for the project. <br />C.Warranties as required for each product. <br />D.A check list for periodic maintenance of all equipment requiring maintenance.(i.e.,fire alarm <br />system,security system,generator,battery backup system,etc.) <br />E.Maintenance and spare parts data for all equipment. <br />F.As-Built wiring for equipment containing field wired systems.(i.e.,fire alarm,security,data system, <br />CATV,telephone,public address,etc.) <br />G.The manuals shall be dated and signed by the Contractor when completed. <br />H.The operating and maintenance manuals shall be submitted to the Engineer for approval.
