To achieve this, we have a <br />quality assurance process, which enables you to assess the Preventative Maintenance Program. <br />Quality Assurance.Through implementation of our Quality Assurance Best Practices, we ensure that our <br />delivered services are of the highest quality. We will meet with you to discuss our performance and your satisfaction <br />with the quality of service that is being provided under your Technical Support Program. <br />Service Team <br />An important benefit of our Technical Support Program derives from having Siemens Industry - Building <br />Technologies personnel familiar with your building systems. Our implementation team provides thorough, reliable <br />service and scheduling for the support of your system. The following building professionals will be assigned to your <br />program. <br />Clay Graham, Client Service Manager, is responsible for ensuring that our contractual obligations are delivered, <br />your expectations are being met and you are satisfied with the delivery of our services. <br />Life Safety: <br />Christian Anderson,Systems Specialist, is responsible for performing the ongoing service program in your facility. <br />Additional Systems and Fire Specialists will be used to deliver your services when required. <br />Ron Faircloth, Service Operations Manager, is responsible for managing the delivery of your entire support <br />program and service requirements. <br />Joe Latore, Service Account Executive, will manage service aspects of your account based upon your current and <br />future service requirements. <br />Customer Response Center <br />Online Support - Service POST Committee is responsible for providing you with on-line support. <br />Clay Graham is responsible for scheduling your preventive maintenance visits and handling your emergency <br />situations by taking the appropriate action. <br />Meleah Freeman can assist with all service invoicing including your Technical Support Program and Time and <br />Material projects. <br /> Siemens Help Line:1-866-728-7678 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 65C7336F-2A2F-469E-A5FA-D427FD9B1F3F
