We <br />make every effort to complete the manufacturing of your custom signage <br />within a 5 to 8 business day window following design approval. Current supply <br />chain disruptions and the variability in manufacturing capacity due to Covid <br />protocols makes standard turn-around times very challenging. For orders <br />requiring installation, in general expect an additional 5 to 10 business days to <br />complete. <br />We work at the pleasure of our customers. Please speak with your sales <br />representative when you have a hard deadline that needs to be met. <br />Guaranteed rush orders are available on quick turn signage manufactured in <br />our main fabrication department. Additional fees apply. Please ask your sales <br />representative for details. <br />Custom fabricated signs require a longer production cycle and may take as long <br />as 4 to 6 weeks or longer depending on the complexity, the quantity of signs <br />ordered, and the scope of the project. If your sign requires permitting, we do <br />not begin fabrication until we have an approved permit from your town's <br />planning department. <br />Past due invoices are subject to a $25 late fee and 1.5% monthly of the <br />outstanding balance. <br />The above-mentioned prices specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. <br />You are authorized to do all the work specified.
