We propose to furnish and install an extension of the existing Siemens Desigo CC Building Automation System <br />for Orange County. <br />2. System engineering, installation, start-up, check-out, and documentation per project requirements. <br />3. Provide graphics for all controlled equipment on the existing Desigo CC Workstation. Siemens includes a graphical <br />representation of each major equipment and associated floor plan. <br />4. Electrical control and interlock wiring and labor of installation for HVAC controls. Installation and wiring to include <br />the following: <br />o All control wiring in EMT conduit. <br />▪ DEDUCT price provided for open cable in concealed accessible areas. <br />o Field mounting of all other control devices <br />o Field level communication trunk and 24V power for all floor level controllers. <br />5. Siemens to provide all controllers, devices, and programming to control the following equipment per the <br />sequences of operation: <br /> <br />Building Management System (BMS) Server / Network <br />o Tie into the existing Orange County Campus Desigo CC Server <br />o BMS BACnet/IP cabling shall be provided within the existing building to connect the new manufacturer <br />equipment controllers to the new PXC field panel controller. <br />o Siemens will connect (1) PXC field panel controller to the BMS Server and wire the following to this field <br />panel controller for monitoring and control: <br />HVAC Systems <br />o (QTY 3) Existing ROOFTOP UNIT (RTU-1, 2, 8) <br />▪ MANUFACTURER CONTROLLER INTEGRATION BACNET MSTP CONNECTION <br />• BACNET COMM CARD TO BE FIELD INSTALLED BY SIEMENS <br />▪ INSTALLATION OF NEW DDC SPACE SENSOR <br />o (QTY 5) New ROOFTOP UNIT (RTU-3 - RTU-7) <br />▪ MANUFACTURER CONTROLLER INTEGRATION BACNET MSTP CONNECTION <br />• BACNET COMM CARD TO BE FACTORY INSTALLED BY EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER <br />▪ ZONE TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY VIA BACNET COMMUNICATION <br />• ZONE SENSOR PROVIDED WITH UNIT BY OTHERS <br />• INSTALLATION AND WIRING OF ZONE SENSOR BY SIEMENS <br />▪ FIRE ALARM INTERLOCK <br />o (QTY 10) SINGLE DUCT VAV TERMINAL BOX <br />▪ DXR controller – BACnet/MSTP <br />▪ Space Sensor Temperature AI <br />▪ Damper Actuator AO, AI <br />▪ Supply Air Temperature AI <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 522A1F12-59F9-4879-B1FB-8D4C2E51F8DE
