I logged in to BACnet Object Browser and found there are total of 43 active alarms (see attached, pg1). It may be as simple as cycling power to the unit, or a service technician may need to be called. Regardless, keep us posted. OAU-1 I think Eddie already started a work order for Aaon to check the HP compressor and the actuator for the water valve. RTU-5 Tommy found a loose belt on the SFN. Check to see if they can have this fixed before Aaon show up. All Units 1) Water control Valves: There were a handful that may be in-op. Aaon may want to conduct a full checkout of these actuators; they’re not under BAS control. Also, if it’s possible, ask them to label the Open/Close positions on the actuators. 2) Compressors Loading/Unloading: Most of the units were consistently loading and unloading.
