Sounds like general scope will be to address the list from commissioning below; This will allow us to place a technician and helper on site to document operation on each unit,, the note says (all units) which is slightly concerning and leaves a wide-open scope. We can / will track on T&M basis with a not to exceed of $9,500.00 to begin with, any major issues or repairs that may be found will be addressed should it exceed the above amount. Scheduling wise I am sure we will not have technician and helper available to be on site multiple days straight but will work best we can around (peak season) schedule to get this addressed should you decide to move forward.
