Certified by: _______________________ Title: __________________________ Date: ____________ <br /> (Provider’s Signature) <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT “B” <br /> <br />Scope of Services – FY 2023-24 <br />Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br /> <br />Agency Name: The Refugee Community Partnership <br />Program Name: Neighborhood Support Circles <br />Funding Award: $7,500 <br /> <br />Outline how the agency will spend Orange County’s funding award. <br />Program Services <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2024. <br />• Our digital Hive delivers public information- from public safety alerts to resources and <br />opportunities- to users in their language of proficiency through textable audio recordings, translated <br />by Community Interpreters into 8+ languages. <br />• 5 Community Interpreters- refugee and migrant young adults- are employed in meaningful, living <br />wage work, providing language access and accompaniment for refugee and migrant residents <br />navigating interactions and appointments with public services (medical, social services, school, <br />etc.) <br />• Families access in-person support from Community Interpreters and Bridge Builder volunteers <br />through neighborhood-based pods, every week, across 5 different neighborhood sites. <br /> <br />Anticipated Outcomes <br />The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br />County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
