HOURS OF WORK: <br /> Under this contract, all work will be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:30 pm, unless <br />otherwise requested by the owner. In case of inclement weather during the normal workweek, alternate weekend scheduling might be <br />required. No weekend work will be performed unless prior approval from owner/manager is received. <br />ADDITIONAL WORK REQUESTED/REQUIRED: <br /> When requested or required by the owner or suggested by Rantos Maintenance a detailed proposal or quotation for additional <br />work will be submitted to the owner /owners representatives for their review. The additional work will only commence after receiving <br />written authorization to proceed, by either submitting a purchase order, letter of intent or Rantos Maintenance additional work <br />authorization form. <br />CONTRACT TERMINATION: <br /> Either the owner/manager or Rantos Maintenance may terminate this agreement upon (30) thirty days written notice. Notice must <br />be given by certified mail. <br />MSDS SAFETY BINDER: <br /> Rantos Maintenance shall submit to the owner/managers representative a binder or MSDS sheets consisting of the material safety <br />data sheets and sample product labels for all chemicals to be utilized on the site during the course of the year. In the event the <br />contractor is going to alter, change or modify their product applications or materials selection during the course of the year, Rantos <br />Maintenance will submit to the owner/managers representative a written letter documenting the requested change including the new <br />MSDS and sample product label. <br />PRODUCT STANDARDS: <br /> Rantos Maintenance shall employ proper horticultural standards in the performance of this agreement or the standards set forth <br />by each product manufacturer. <br />WORK STANDARDS: <br /> Rantos Maintenance shall take all necessary precautions to protect all site features, existing plantings or structures and property <br />during the course of their work. Any damage resulting to property due to the carelessness and neglect of the contractor shall be there <br />sole responsibility. Rantos Maintenance shall be liable for the repair to all property at their expense. Rantos Maintenance at the end of <br />each day, clean-up and remove any debris from the days landscape operation, this shall include but not be limited to sweeping of <br />paved surfaces, washing of paved surfaces, removal of landscape waste, litter and debris <br />RIGHT TO REMEDY: <br /> In the event the client becomes dissatisfied with service, being rendered under this agreement the owner or owner’s <br />representative must notify Rantos Maintenance by either e-mail notification or writing outlining the reasons of dissatisfaction. Rantos <br />Maintenance has the right to remedy all deficient work within a seven-day period of notification in accordance with such notification. <br />MATERIALS PURCHASES: <br /> Rantos Maintenance will supply all materials under this contract unless otherwise noted herein. <br />LABOR FORCE: <br /> Throughout the duration of this contract, Rantos Maintenance will utilize a sufficient size crew to expedite all work in a timely and <br />efficient manner. <br />INSURANCE: <br /> At all times during the duration of this contract, Rantos Maintenance will maintain a liability policy with limits of no less than one <br />million dollars in addition to property, automobile, and workmen's compensation insurance. <br />PAYMENT AND PAYMENT REPRESENTATION: <br /> Payments for services rendered under this contract are payable as stated herein.
