$448.52Lawn Mowing <br />Our lawn mowing services are designed to keep your lawn looking its best throughout the growing season on a bi- <br />weekly schedule. Here's a detailed overview of what our service includes: <br />Mowing: We will mow your grass at a height consistent with the turf type, ensuring a healthy and attractive lawn. <br />Trimming: We will trim around all vertical objects and areas that cannot be cut with the mower, such as trees, flower <br />beds, and fences, to give your lawn a clean and manicured look. <br />Edging: All curbs will be stick-edged at appropriate times to prevent the turf from coming in contact with curbs, <br />maintaining a neat appearance. <br />Debris Removal: We will remove all trash, sticks, and debris from the service area at each cutting, keeping your lawn <br />free of obstructions. <br />Clipping Cleanup: All grass clippings will be blown from all mulch beds, curbs, streets, and sidewalks, and any excess <br />clippings will be removed at each cutting, ensuring a clean finish. <br />Seasonal Maintenance: Grass will be maintained from the first week of June through mid-November, with any <br />subsequent or additional mowing available at an extra cost at the customer's request. <br />We aim to provide a comprehensive lawn mowing service that keeps your lawn immaculate throughout the growing <br />season. <br />HoursMAINTENANCE CREW 2 <br />HoursMAINTENANCE TRUCK + TRAILER 1 <br />The Seasonal Plan, including all services shown, divided into 3 equal payments equals $149.51 per payment <br />plus applicable taxes. <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS: <br />Rantos Maintenance agrees to follow the enclosed specifications in performing this contract. The owner/manager must approve <br />any changes or alterations to the contract, specifications or scope of work. Rantos Maintenance will utilize its expertise in making <br />recommendations or suggestions to the owner for additional work required or in which we feel would enhance the appearance of the <br />site. All employees and staff members employed by Rantos Maintenance will be experienced in landscape management services and <br />procedures. <br />SCHEDULING OF WORK: <br /> Rantos Maintenance shall not be held liable for delays in the performance of this contract due to inclement weather.
