Here's a detailed overview of <br />what our service includes: <br />Continuous Weed Control: We will continuously keep curb lines, sidewalks, asphalt areas, mulch beds, and other <br />designated areas weed-free. <br />Effective Weed Control Methods: If chemical weed control is ineffective, we will perform hand weeding to ensure <br />thorough removal of weeds. <br />Spot Weeding: We will perform spot weeding by hand to maintain a weed-free appearance in all designated areas. <br />Comprehensive Coverage: Our service includes courtyards, building foundations, beds along the street, the back <br />parking area, and the front sidewalk, ensuring that all areas of your property remain weed-free. <br />We aim to provide a comprehensive and reliable weed control service that keeps your property neat and well- <br />maintained. <br />HoursMAINTENANCE CREW 2 <br />HoursMAINTENANCE TRUCK + TRAILER 1 <br />GallonRound Up - 2.5 gallon 4 <br />The Seasonal Plan, including all services shown, divided into 3 equal payments equals $4,507.06 per <br />payment plus applicable taxes. <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS: <br />Rantos Maintenance agrees to follow the enclosed specifications in performing this contract. The owner/manager must approve <br />any changes or alterations to the contract, specifications or scope of work. Rantos Maintenance will utilize its expertise in making <br />recommendations or suggestions to the owner for additional work required or in which we feel would enhance the appearance of the <br />site. All employees and staff members employed by Rantos Maintenance will be experienced in landscape management services and <br />procedures. <br />SCHEDULING OF WORK: <br /> Rantos Maintenance shall not be held liable for delays in the performance of this contract due to inclement weather. All work <br />under this contract will be performed in a professional and skillful manner and will be performed diligently as weather conditions permit. <br />HOURS OF WORK: <br /> Under this contract, all work will be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:30 pm, unless <br />otherwise requested by the owner. In case of inclement weather during the normal workweek, alternate weekend scheduling might be <br />required.
