Cellular internet can be provided by CMC if needed. Additional fees <br />apply. <br />o Control Panel to be mounted in Mech Rm 212. <br />▪ Reuse existing 120vac circuit. <br />• (3) Existing Split Systems (IDU-2.1, 2.2, 2.3) <br />o Replace Existing Thermostat: <br />▪ Honeywell BACnet MSTP Communicating Thermostat <br />▪ Supply Air Temperature Sensor <br />▪ Supply Fan Status <br />o Setup Thermostats to limit local control to +/- 4 deg offset. <br />o Provide configuration and integration to BAS. <br />o Setup Trending and Alarming <br />o Provide point to point checkout. <br />• (1) Existing A/C-2.1 <br />o Provide and install Space Temperature Sensor for Monitoring. <br />▪ Temp sensor to be tied back to one of IDU communicating thermostats. <br />o Provide programming and integration to BAS. <br />o Setup Trending and Alarming. <br />o Provide Point to Point Checkout. <br />• Controls Installation <br />o Install BACnet MSTP Communication bus to (3) IDU’s from BAS control panel. <br />o Controls components to be field installed. <br />o All low voltage cables are plenum rated. <br />o EMT only to be used where plenum rated cable is exposed. <br />o Reuse all existing low voltage cable.
