Their findings of fact, and 8 <br />consistency for the request. Is that fair? 9 <br /> 10 <br />Leon Meyers: The staff report says that the proposal is consistent with the Orange County land plan, is that right? 11 <br /> 12 <br />Taylor Perschau: Yes, that's Orange County Future Land Use Plan, yes. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Leon Meyers: Okay. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Taylor Perschau: Comprehensive plan. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Leon Meyers: There sounds like there is some overlap with Hillsborough's Planning Authority, but that's not part of what 19 <br />this Board has anything to do with. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Nathan Robinson: Unless it's not consistent. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Leon Meyers: I would say, even if it's not consistent. Because we have no authority to enforce somebody else's zoning. 24 <br />Even if that were a part of the SUP. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Cy Stober: There's not a change in use. It is a modification of the special use that already exists on the land. We submitted this to Orange County as our proposal for the, the reallocation of the 45 <br />buffers. 46 <br /> 47 <br />Leon Meyers: The reason I ask is that we need something to define the area that you're going to agree to dedicate as 48 <br />a conservation easement, and I think this is the only map.
