Nathan Robinson: I'm looking at the GIS map right now, and when I look at the GIS map right here, I see Woods 1 <br />Edge owns this top parcel up here. I'm just trying to understand. I don't understand what's being proposed and I don't 2 <br />understand how all the properties fit together. 3 <br /> 4 <br />Taylor Perschau: If you need a break, now's a good time. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Beth Bronson: I actually do want to, I think, bring up a good point since we have reached 9:30 and in the application, it 7 <br />does indicate that the presentation may go over 30 minutes, which I do believe has been reached. Do we want to extend 8 <br />the meeting past 10:00 or do we want to hold the meeting to 10:00. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Leon Meyers: I would say, let's get a little closer to 10 and see where we are, would be my preference. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Beth Bronson: Not a problem. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Leon Meyers: Yeah. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Taylor Perschau: These are the properties as they existed in 1990. Where we have the 48.77-acres on the west, 17 <br />the 50 acres on the east. This is the 1990 permit, the special use permit for Woods Edge which describes the property 18 <br />as all of tract and parcel to include 50-acres. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Nathan Robinson: Which is this little U, C-shaped thing. The C is the 50-acres. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Taylor Perschau: Yes. As it was oriented east to west, it's the 50-acres on the east. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Nathan Robinson: So that was what originally defined Woods Edge. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Taylor Perschau: Yes. And then separately, we have the 1990 special use permit for The Woods. Which is 27 <br />described as all of the tract and parcel identified as the Woods, 48.77 acres. So, with those two permits, I believe that 28 <br />the entirety of this parcel and this parcel were subject to the two special use permits. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Leon Meyers: That's really helpful, thank you. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Nathan Robinson: Say that one more time. That's, that is helpful, but I need to hear it one more time. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Taylor Perschau: Sure, so those two permits that we are looking at were recorded in the register of deeds. This 35 <br />one for the Woods details the full 48.77 acres as being subject to the special use permit, and then the second one details 36 <br />the full 50 acres as being subject to the special use permit. So, my reading of those two descriptions of properties, and 37 <br />James can correct me, but it would be that the special use permit for the Woods Edge applied to the entirety of this parcel 38 <br />shape. And the special use permit of the Woods applied to the entirety of this shape. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Nathan Robinson: So then, why does this parcel not show that bottom part? Why does this map not show the 41 <br />bottom part? 42 <br /> 43 <br />Taylor Perschau: I can't tell you why they designated the, so that one is specifically, let me see if I can pull that up 44 <br />while. 45 <br /> 46 <br /> 47 <br />Beth Bronson: So, the 25 acres was never surveyed off and defined. 48 <br /> 49 <br />33
