It's not going to change the land use. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Beth Bronson: I’m saying it’s not part of the 10- or 20-year development plan, it’s not part of an economic 11 <br />development district. It is Rural Residential. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Ben Kuhn: But the special use permit says it can be amended by governmental action, and we're here under the 14 <br />special use permit seeking government action to change the conditions. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Beth Bronson: But this is an existing special use permit though. These minutes are from a 41 <br />1990 meeting in which a park expansion was approved to the west, but, in order to approve that western expansion, the 42 <br />open space was moved to the south. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Beth Bronson: okay, and, just for my clarification, these minutes are from what meeting? 45 <br /> 46 <br />Taylor Perschau: May 29th, 1990. 47 <br /> 48 <br />Beth Bronson: Because it had been amended April 2nd, 1990, so there was an amendment to the UDO and then 49 <br />there was the special use permit.
