<br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Cy Stober, AICP – Director, Planning & Inspections Department <br />FROM: Victoria Hudson – Orange County Environmental Health Division <br />CC: Patrick Mallett – Deputy Director Development Services <br />DATE: July 18, 2024 <br />CASE: BA24-0001 <br />PIN: 9857760674 <br />WATERSHED: Upper Eno Critical <br />PROJECT: That a variance to the stream/floodplain/reservoir buffer area <br />requirement . <br />SUBJECT: Summary of Plan Review by Orange County Environmental <br />Health Division <br /> <br /> <br />This memo summarizes the summarizes the findings of an Orange County <br />Environmental Health plan review of the application for a R-1 amendment, submitted <br />as the “Barnette Variance” project (hereafter, the “project”). The project is located <br />within .97 acres of property at 4517 Eno Cemetery Rd, Cedar Grove. The request <br />proposes development consisting of: <br />• Application is for a variance to the stream/floodplain/reservoir buffer <br />area requirement be granted to allow for the construction of a modest <br />addition to the existing "non compliant" structure, at approx. 75 ft from <br />the water body within the reservoir buffer (150 ft) setback area. <br />The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a Zoning <br />Report, dated May 7, 2024 and available for review on July 3, 2024. These findings <br />should not be interpreted as the Division’s final analysis/approval of the proposed <br />development. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
