The <br />project is located within 5.48 acres of property at 735 Erwin Road in the Chapel Hill <br />township of Orange County, North Carolina. <br />The application/request proposes development consisting of: <br /> Parking lot improvements <br /> Well and septic relocation <br />The Staff comments contained herein are based upon review of a Site Plan dated April <br />12, 2024. These findings should not be interpreted as the Division’s final <br />analysis/approval of the proposed development. Upon zoning approval, the proposed <br />development would then be required to submit a Land Disturbing Permit (LDP) which <br />would formally be reviewed and approved development activity consistent with the Site <br />Plan. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />157
