June 10, 2024 <br />Childs Pace Properties (SUP) Application <br />Case #: SUP24-0009 <br />PIN: 0801-13-1208 <br />Re: Development Advisory Committee Report for SUP24-0005 (UDO Section 1.9.5) <br />The Orange County Development Advisory Committee (DAC) met on May 2, 2024, for a final <br />review and discussion of the special use permit application for PIN 0801-13-1208 (Case #: <br />SUP24-0009). <br />The Orange County DAC has no objections to the approval of the special use permit application <br />so long as the items in the attached departmental memos are addressed.
