The +/-5.48-acre parcel is located within the Chapel Hill Township. This notification is <br />occurring in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.7 Special Use Permits of the Orange <br />County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). <br /> <br />The Special Use Permit request will be reviewed by the Orange County Board of Adjustment at <br />7:00 p.m., July 24, 2024 at the Whitted Meeting Facility (300 West Tryon Street, <br />Hillsborough, NC). <br /> <br />NO CHANGES ARE PROPOSED FOR YOUR PROPERTY.
