<br />11. In accordance with the provisions of Section 2.7.11(D) of the UDO, the Special Use Permit will <br />automatically expire within 12 months from the date of approval unless a vesting period was <br />established and approved in accordance with Section 2.5.5 of the UDO. <br /> <br />12. The project shall maintain existing vegetation on site and meet landscaping and screening <br />standards contained in Sections 6.8.7.A, 6.8.7.B, 6.8.7.C, 6.8.7.D, and 6.8.9 of the Unified <br />Development Ordinance, as indicated on the site plan. <br /> <br />The following conditions of approval are being submitted by applicant: <br />13. Allow for an exemption from landscape buffer standards contained in Section 6.8.6, specifically <br />the required Type B Buffer located along Erwin Road. <br /> <br />14. Proposed driveway and parking shall be surfaced with an all-weather paving material such as <br />asphalt or gravel, and maintained in a safe, sanitary, and neat condition.
