Proposed Access and Transportation Network Improvements The project is proposing access via a 20 ft. wide gravel driveway connecting to Erwin Road. Prior to performing work in the NCDOT right of way, the applicant will need to obtain an approved NCDOT driveway permit. Due to the increase in enrollment, a new septic system will be installed, as permitted by Orange County Environmental Health and/or the state. Erosion Control/Stormwater Regulations The applicant has indicated the project will conform to existing Stormwater Management (Section 6.14) and erosion and sedimentation control (Section 6.15) regulations of the UDO. A Preliminary Stormwater Impact Analysis was submitted and is contained in Attachment 1. Attachment 5 includes Development Advisory Committee (DAC) comments from Orange County Erosion and Sedimentation Control and Stormwater Management staff.
