Proposed Access and Transportation Network Improvements <br />The project is proposing access via a 20 ft. wide gravel driveway connecting to Erwin Road. Due to the increase in enrollment, a new septic system <br />will be installed, as permitted by Orange County Environmental Health and/or the state. <br /> <br />Erosion Control/Stormwater Regulations <br />The applicant has indicated the project will conform to existing Stormwater Management (Section 6.14) <br />and erosion and sedimentation control (Section 6.15) regulations of the UDO. A Preliminary Stormwater <br />Impact Analysis was submitted and is contained in Attachment 1. Planning and DEAPR <br />Staff have jointly reviewed the materials and agree with a determination of “Finding of No Significant <br />Impact (FONSI)” as required in Section 2.25.1 (B) (5) of the UDO (Attachment 5).
