Proposed Modifications <br />Proposed Modifications <br />A 2002 Special Use Permit, recorded in Orange County Records Book 2920, Page 156 was approved for <br />day care facility for up to 23 children and 4 staff members. The SUP included additional conditions related <br />to landscaping, access, and parking. The 2002 Special Use Permit is contained in Attachment 2. <br />The proposed modification to the 2002 Special Use Permit does not propose any change to the land use. <br />The modification proposes to allow for 46 children and 10 staff members. The project proposes to utilize the <br />existing ingress/egress on Erwin Road. <br />The Orange County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Table of Permitted Uses (Article 5, Section 2) <br />allows for “Care Facility” to be permitted as a Special Use in the Rural Buffer (RB) zoning district, subject to <br />use standards and conditions of approval, including site plan approval by the Orange County Board of <br />Adjustment. <br />118
