Good luck with your project. 24 <br /> 25 <br />LeAnn Brown: Thank you. 26 <br /> 27 <br />AGENDA ITEM 5 Continued: CASES 28 <br />A-2-24 – To review Special Use Permit (Case Number 29 <br />SUP24-0006) request submitted by Capkov Ventures, Inc. 30 <br />proposing a major modification to previously-approved 31 <br />Special Use Permits for Woodsedge and The Woods 32 <br />Planned Development Housing communities (originally 33 <br />approved in 1985 and later modified in 1991). The request is 34 <br />to modify two SUP conditions regarding conditions of 35 <br />ownership and the location of Common Open Space. The 36 <br />site is located on Orange County PINs 9873-41-0172 and 37 <br />9872-49-0872, located south of Phoebe Drive and north of 38 <br />East Scarlett Mountain Road, and within the Hillsborough 39 <br />and Chapel Hill Townships of Orange County. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Leon Meyers: Mr. Stober, is it appropriate to handle standing of prospective witnesses before the applicant's 42 <br />presentation, after the staff presentation, do you have an opinion about that? 43 <br /> 44 <br />Cy Stober: I don't have a strong opinion.
