Categories for amount of time on the <br /> waitlist and Orange County residency were <br /> proposed as well as the weighted <br /> ratings. Hudson made a motion to approve the <br /> preference categories as presented, but <br /> specifying that "time on waitlist" would be a <br /> tiebreaker; McCalla seconded. Discussion <br /> included how applicants may be in more than <br /> one category which increases their priority; <br /> flexible needs; and applicants who are receiving <br /> other services from other agencies. Also, how <br /> approval does not have to be final and can be <br /> changed if Board notices it is not working as <br /> intended. Motion carried without dissent. <br /> 7.Adjournment.
