There is one additional request, like I said,from Preserve Rural Orange,who has asked for additional <br /> 207 time, so I welcome any comment about that. I will just say as Chair, I believe that since Rural Orange is essentially <br /> 208 addressing each agenda item and we have consolidated this,that they would be entitled to 9 minutes. They've <br /> 209 asked for 12 but I welcome any motions or any discussion about that. Given they are in kind of a unique situation in <br /> 210 that they represent a group rather than just an individual. <br /> 211 <br /> 212 Marilyn Carter: I'll attempt a motion Mr. Chair,so the motion is consistent with the procedural rules for time that <br /> 213 each person coming to speak will speak for up to 3 minutes on the item that they have identified. If they have <br /> 214 identified more than one item,they will speak for an additional 3 minutes for each of those items up to 9 minutes <br /> 215 total, and so we'll hear from one individual who would like to address us for 9 minutes on all three items. <br /> 216 <br /> 217 Lamar Proctor: And I think we can keep track of that.
