ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT : There are no known Orange County Environmental Responsibility <br /> Goal impacts associated with this item at this time . <br /> RECOMMENDATION ( S ) : The Manager recommends that the Board approve Budget <br /> Amendment # 11 - B to include $ 579 , 500 in a Multi -Year Grant Fund to support the start- up , <br /> operational and evaluation funding for the Mobile Crisis Team Pilot . The Town of Chapel Hill will <br /> invoice Orange County for payment of its share of the individual and joint expenses , and Orange <br /> County will provide copies of invoices , payroll and all expenses to Alliance Healthcare to ensure <br /> funds are being used for allowable expenses . The Manager also recommends that the Board <br /> approve the Draft Agreement for the Manager' s signature subject to any modifications made by <br /> the County Attorney . <br />
