She said that <br /> she understands they have decided on two options but asked if that was because it will have less <br /> of an impact. <br /> Travis Myren said there is no interest on pay-go financing, it is really flexible so if the <br /> economy changes, they can reduce spending. He said the full tax impact is felt within the first <br /> year. <br /> CHCCS Chair George Griffin thanked the Board for going forward with this bond and <br /> thanked them for also funding the Woolpert Study which identified and prioritized school needs. <br /> 2.
