Remove the old meter base & conduit that is not being used. <br />Cover all missing sections of siding with smooth white coil stock, <br />Caulk all small holes with latex caulk before painting siding. <br />2, Install two GFI protected receptacles in the kitchen. <br />Bathroom- Install a recessed light over the tub/shower controlled <br />by a wall switch. Install a vanity bar light over the mirror <br />controlled by a wall switch. <br />4. Install an exhaust fan located within 2ft of the tub/shower. <br />The exhaust fan shall be controlled by a wall switch and capable <br />of removing 110 cfm, Vent the exhaust through the boxing per <br />code. <br />5. Install two (2) GFI receptacles in the bathroom. <br />6. Laundry Room- Install two recessed light fixtures on the ceiling <br />controlled by a wall switch, Center the lights on the ceiling. <br />7. Install tluee GFI receptacles in the laundry room, Install one on <br />the door wall and two on the interior wall. <br />8. Install a new circuit for the hot water heater.. All connections shall <br />be made in a junction box, <br />9, Install a mofion detector light fixture beside the back <br />door, The light shall be controlled by a wall switch in the laundry <br />room. Install a new breaker for the hot water heater. <br />(All electrical work shall pass the N. C. Electrical Codes) <br />10. Install hard-wired smoke detectors with battery back-up on the 1st <br />floor. Install a total of four on the 1st floor. <br />Install the smoke detectors in all sleeping rooms, living room and <br />Laundry room. Install new battery operated smoke detectors on the <br />2"a floor. Install a total of three on the 2"a floor. <br />Page 5 <br />11, Install arc fault interrupters on all sleeping room circuits. <br />
