Install a 36" door & jamb, Prime and <br />paint the door, jamb and trim with semi-gloss latex paint. The paint <br />shall cover completely, Note: Lead paint may be present on the wall <br />covering. Use Lead Based Paint Safe Work Practices. <br />9. Install a new cased opening between the Laundry room and the <br />kitchen, The opening shall match the existing framing. Install <br />new matching casing on both sides of the opening, Prime & paint <br />the cased opening with semi-gloss latex paint. The paint shall <br />cover completely. <br />10, Reinstall the existing vinyl windows in the laundry, room. <br />(Refer to plan) <br />11, Install %z OSB plywood & tyveck on the exterior walls of the <br />addition, <br />12. Install D-5 vinyl siding on the exterior walls. Prepare the exterior <br />for coil stock & soffit, Install smooth white coil stock on the fascias <br />& eves, Install vented vinyl soffit on the overhangs. <br />INSULATION: <br />Install R-19 insulation in the bathroom & laundry ceiling. <br />2.
