Install a 36" metal insulated door unit on the back of the unit, <br />The door shall have an aluminum threshold &weather-stripping, <br />Install a keyed lockset & deadbolt to match the front door. Install <br />A wide view door viewer. Install matching casing on the interior, <br />Prime and paint the casing with semi-gloss latex paint. The paint <br />shall cover completely. <br />10. Install a new 1 %4" aluminum aver solid wood care storm door <br />on the front, The door shall be a full view, The door shall be <br />complete with closer, push button handle and door sweep. <br />The door shall be a Lazson orpre-approved equal. <br />The color shall be white. <br />11. Instal] a new vinyl clad storm door on the back of unit, The door <br />shall have aself-storing screen, push button lock, closer & <br />door sweep, The storm door shall a Larson orpre-approved equal. <br />The color shall be white. <br />12. Repair all cracks on the front porch Foundation wall. Apply a <br />scratch-coat to the entire front foundation wall, Apply a finish <br />coat of fiber reinforced wall coating to strengthen the walls. <br />Apply two (2) coats total. <br />Roof: <br />Install a new 25 year 3 tab shingle roof on the entire unit. <br />Install 151b felt paper & white eve starter. Remove the existing <br />two layers of shingles, Use proper fasteners for new shingles. <br />Install new vent boots on all plumbing stacks. <br />2. Remove the front dormer, Remove the sheathing from the dormer <br />opening to the ridge. Install new rafters from the ridge to the shed <br />roof Install all necessary headers & hangers. Double the existing <br />rafters on both sides of the opening. All framing shall meet the <br />NC Building Codes. Install matching sheathing over the opening. <br />Page 2 <br />3. Install a shingle type ridge vent on the main ridge, Remove a <br />three (3) inch section from the ridge. <br />
