Install vents <br />where possible, Install all necessary vent wells, <br />6. Place pine straw around the entire drip line of the unit. The pine <br />straw shall be placed a minimum of aft from the unit. <br />Install a new attic access panel in the 2"~ floor bedroom ceiling, <br />Install a new plywood %" door, Nail the loose trim and paint <br />the new access door with semi-gloss paint, <br />
