4 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There are no known Orange County Environmental Responsibility <br /> Goal impacts associated with this item at this time. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve Budget <br /> Amendment #11-B to include $579,500 in a Multi-Year Grant Fund to support the start-up, <br /> operational and evaluation funding for the Mobile Crisis Team Pilot. The Town of Chapel Hill will <br /> invoice Orange County for payment of its share of the individual and joint expenses, and Orange <br /> County will provide copies of invoices, payroll and all expenses to Alliance Healthcare to ensure <br /> funds are being used for allowable expenses. The Manager also recommends that the Board <br /> approve the Draft Agreement for the Manager's signature subject to any modifications made by <br /> the County Attorney. <br />
