3 <br /> On May 6, 2024, Alliance Healthcare was notified that the NC DHHS (DMH/DD/SUS) was <br /> awarding funds to Alliance to support the Orange County Mobile Crisis Team Pilot as follows: <br /> FY 2023-24: Start-up costs of $142,000, and $87,500 in start-up operational staffing costs for <br /> a total of$229,500 in non-Unit Cost Reimbursement (UCR) funding. <br /> • Non-UCR funding will allow time to determine the level of potentially <br /> billable service, and ensure service delivery can work within the confines <br /> of Care Team criteria as designated by the Chapel Hill Police Department <br /> and 911 Call Center, as well as eligibility levels of service recipients. <br /> FY 2024-25: $350,000 annual operating costs.
