Certification of 99 year Affordability: <br />Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, NG, Inc, certifies in writing that the four <br />homes will remain affordable to families earning less than 80% of the area median <br />income for at least ninety-nine (99) years. <br />4. Documentation of Impact Fee Payment Yes. The fee was paid at the time the <br />building permit was issued. Actual reimbursement will take place at the time that the <br />Impact Fee Agreement is executed by Habitat for Humanity and recorded in the <br />Register of Deeds Office, <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The FY 2005-2006 appropriation for impact fee reimbursements is <br />$101,361, Expenditure of $23,628 for these reimbursements will leave a balance of $77,733, <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the impact fee <br />reimbtrsement request from Habitat far Humanity of Orange County, NC, Inc, for $23.628 for <br />six (6) newly constructed homes. <br />
