22 <br /> General Construction notes <br /> Construction Cost Estimate <br /> Engineering will be in accordance with,but not limited to: <br /> • NCDOT Structures Design Manual <br /> • AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications <br /> • AASHRO LRFD Guide Specifications for the Design of Pedestrian Bridges <br /> Specifications will be based on NCDOT's 2024 Standard Specifications for Road and Structures, and it is assumed that no <br /> additional development of supplemental specifications will be required. <br /> Task 13.2—Stamped 100%Plans <br /> Upon receipt of comments from the ORANGE COUNTY,WSP will prepare Stamped(100%)Plans to address all <br /> comments and submit an electronic copy to the ORANGE COUNTY with Final Quantities and the Engineer's Estimate. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> - WSP assumes that no bridge type study is required for this bridge, a signature bridge is not included in this scope. <br /> - WSP assumes that preliminary structural design will not be required for the preliminary plans submittal. Only <br /> bridge layout/location will be determined at this stage. <br /> - Bridge loading will be confirmed with the ORANGE COUNTY, anticipated loading is pedestrian loading only <br /> (no emergency vehicles).
