It is assumed that <br /> comments from the ORANGE COUNTY will be returned within 15 business days of submittal. <br /> Final Sealed Plans <br /> Once the 100%plans are approved,WSP shall submit electronically sealed and signed PDFs in the proper format. <br /> WSP will submit electronically sealed and signed plans. <br /> WSP will submit NCDOT Encroachment Permit. <br /> Task 4 Fee: $47,868.78 <br /> Task 5— Drainage and Erosion Control Design <br /> Task 5.1 —Sidewalk Drainage Design <br /> WSP will develop drainage design for inclusion on the 65%roadway plans in accordance with the latest NCDOT Guidelines <br /> for Drainage Design, and Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings. Comments on the drainage design will be <br /> incorporated into subsequent roadway submittals. <br /> A complete drainage summary will be provided with 100%Plans Submittal, and the Final Sealed Plans. <br /> • Exclusions: <br /> 1. Stormwater management measures <br /> 2. 401/404 Permit drawings <br /> Task 5.2—Erosion& Sediment Control Design <br /> WSP will develop an erosion and sediment control design plans (Clearing and Grubbing, and Final phase)with associated <br /> notes and details that minimize erosion and prevent off-site sedimentation during construction. The design will be in <br /> accordance with the latest standards and guidelines of the Department of Environmental Quality Division of Energy, <br /> Mineral,and Land Resources(NCDEQ DEMLR).The plans will include typical measures such as silt fence,inlet protection <br /> etc.Notes for maintenance, a sequence of construction, and stabilization timeframes will be included.Erosion control plans <br /> will be submitted to NCDEQ for review of the Erosion Control permit because the total limits of disturbance for the project <br /> area for both culvert sites is greater than the threshold of one acre. <br /> The Preliminary Erosion and Sediment Control design will be included as part of the 65% plans to identify any ROW <br /> constraints. Upon receipt of comments for 65% plans, WSP will complete the Erosion and Sediment Control design for <br /> inclusion in the 90% Plans Submittal. Concurrently, WSP will prepare a permit application package for inclusion in the <br /> 90%Plan Submittal to the ORANGE COUNTY.Upon approval by the ORANGE COUNTY and upon receipt of the signed <br /> and notarized "Financial Responsibility Form" from the ORANGE COUNTY, WSP will submit the 100% Erosion and <br /> Sediment Control package to the local NCDEQ DEMLR office for review and approval prior to final approval of final plans. <br /> It is assumed that the County will provide the permit application fee($100.00 per acre of land disturbance)associated with <br /> the NCDEQ Erosion control permit for this project.
