It is assumed that comments <br /> from the ORANGE COUNTY will be returned within 15 business days of submittal. <br /> In order to advance beyond 65% Design, additional services and coordination will be required. These services are <br /> mentioned in the `exclusions' section in subtasks 4.4,4.5 and 4.6. <br /> Task 4.4—Right of Way Plans <br /> The Right of Way plans shall be the approved 65%plans developed to the stage at which Right of Way can be submitted <br /> and staked by WSP (See Right of Way Services). <br /> WSP will submit a full-size set of the Right of Way Plans in pdf format. <br /> *Exclusions* <br /> • Telics Utility Coordination Services is needed to complete Right of Way Plans <br /> • Right of Way Staking(Survey) is required to complete Right of Way Acquisition <br /> • Right of Way Acquisition Services is required to complete right of way for the project. <br /> Task 4.5—90%Plan Submittal <br /> The 90%plans shall be the approved Right of Way Plans developed to the stage at which approximately 90% of the final <br /> design for the project is complete. WSP shall incorporate 90% plans requirements including Traffic Management Plans, <br /> Structure Plans,Erosion land Sediment Control Plans,UBO Plans,Pavement Marking Plans,and project special provisions. <br /> WSP will submit a full-size set of the 90%Design Plans in pdf format. <br /> *Exclusions* <br /> • 90% Structure Design Plan Services are required to complete 90%Plan Submittal <br /> • Utility Coordination Services is needed to complete 90%Plans <br /> ORANGE COUNTY shall review the 90%Design and provide comments for WSP to address.
