She has extensive experience in the hydrologic and hydraulic analysis (H&H) and <br /> design of existing, rehabilitated, and new dams. In particular, she has experience developing <br /> large watershed hydrologic models, developing conceptual spillway and energy dissipation <br /> configurations, and performing scour analyses for rehabilitations, replacement, and new dam <br /> spillways. Laura has also performed regular and formal inspections, prepared Emergency Action <br /> Plans (EAPs), EAP tabletop exercises, and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals, and <br /> Build Better.Together. <br />
