Jerry manages the geotechnical <br /> engineering group in our Greensboro office where he is often the geotechnical task leader for <br /> large complex dam projects or serves as part of Schnabel's in-house QA review team. Jerry has <br /> also performed numerous independent reviews of dam and levee designs for the USACE, utility <br /> companies, and flood control districts. He is a FERC approved Independent Consultant and PFMA <br /> Facilitator. Jerry is also a member of ASDSO and USSD and serves on the USSD Committee on <br /> Monitoring of Dams and their Foundations.
