SCHEDULE
As shown below, we have developed a preliminary schedule estimate for completion of this
project. The site visit and field investigations will commence upon notice-to-proceed (NTP),
and the evaluation of intake rehabilitation and/or replacement alternatives will begin during or
immediately following the field investigations. The schedule for design will ultimately depend on
the design milestones and intake rehabilitation/replacement alternative selected by the County;
however, in our experience, the design schedule estimate shown below is reasonable for a project
of this size and scope. The schedule for permit approvals is somewhat beyond our control;
however, as discussed under Task 4 above, we believe early and frequent collaboration with the
regulators will allow for a smooth and efficient permitting process. The schedule for construction
will depend on the selected contractor and the final scope of the improvements. The bottom
line is that we will work closely with the County to make sure the project is completed within your
timeline.
Task Schedule Estimated
Kickoff & Field Investigations Complete within 3-4 weeks from NTP 3-4 Weeks
Preliminary Design Report Immediately after Task 1 . 2 Months
Design Immediately after Task 2. 4-6 Months
Permitting Immediately after completion of Task 3. 3+ Months
Bidding Immediately after permits have been received. 1-2 Months
Construction Phase Services Immediately after completion of Task 5. 6-9 Months
Project Closeout Immediately after completion of Task 6. 1 Month
*Assuming July 1, 2024 for NTP.
Schrlabef Lake Orange Dam Intake Structure RehioUlitationiRepiacement
«_.—__ 2025 2026
No. Description Start Date Eyed Date J A S O N D J F kd A M J J A S O N D J F NI A h7 J
Task 1 Kckoffand Field Invesfigabuis 1-iuL24 31-Jul-24
Task 2 Preliminary Design Report 1-Aug-24 34-Sep-.24
Task 3 Design 1Oct-24 31-Mar-25
Task 4 Pemntting 1-Apr-25 30-Jm-25
Task 6 Bidding 1-Jul-25 31-Aug-25
Task 7 Consaucticn Phase Services 1 ep 25 15-Apr-26
Task 8 Project Goseotrt 15-Apr--2b 15-May-2t
e.
