15 <br /> 1 Chair Bedford asked if they needed to say that hybrid participation is not allowed. <br /> 2 John Roberts said that it currently does not authorize hybrid or remote participation. <br /> 3 Commissioner McKee said that the rules and the protocols they have been operating <br /> 4 under would still apply and they have not been allowing it. <br /> 5 John Roberts said that he agrees with that. He said that the rules apply to hybrid or remote <br /> 6 meetings but there are no rules that say how they will occur. <br /> 7 Commissioner McKee said they can chalk this up to his one crazy idea for the year and <br /> 8 move on. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 5. Affordable Housing Advisory Board on Aging —Appointments Discussion <br /> 11 The Board discussed appointments to the Affordable Housing Advisory Board. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 BACKGROUND: The Affordable Housing Advisory Board prioritizes affordable housing needs <br /> 14 and assesses project proposals.
