She thanked all of the people and <br /> groups involved in the creation and updating of the plan. She said being flexible with the plan is <br /> important in case new opportunities arise. She said if it is possible without driving up the price of <br /> land, to find a place that can be a trail head for the Mountains to Sea Trail. <br /> Vice-Chair Greene thanked them for the work they have done with the plans. She said this <br /> plan works hand in glove with other county plans. She said it reinforces the vision of land use in <br /> Orange County. She said hopefully they will have a vision that has conservation and working farm <br /> subdivisions. <br /> A motion was made by Vice-Chair Greene, seconded by Commissioner Fowler, to adopt <br /> the Lands Legacy Action Plan for 2024-2027. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> b.
